I ordered just a soda, but the employee named Dylan took my order even though he knew the CO2 was not functioning. When I mentioned the issue, he simply said “maybe” and went back to whatever he was doing. I stood there waiting for something to happen, but eventually, I overheard a conversation between two other staff members, so I went back to the front to ask for a refund. Those two were very kind and seemed unaware of why Dylan had taken my order in the first place. They went to ask Dylan for assistance with the refund, but he refused to help. When one of the staff members returned, she offered me something else, which was nice, but I really just wanted the soda I had originally ordered. Ultimately, I left without a refund. My frustration is entirely directed at Dylan, not at the two employees who tried to assist me.
The staff was friendly and polite. I’ll definitely come back here the next time I’m in the area and in need of a meal.
Earful. The person behind counter didn’t know how to make anything other a ham and cheese. Slow, lazy. Just overall awful experience.
Subway's pretty good place to eat as long as you can keep the homeless from standing out they get off money 10th Street anyways we don't generally go to any of the other ones but it's a good place to eat not too many promotion though but for your rewards but it's a good place to eat
The food is incredibly delicious, and you have the option to make it healthy if you wish.
