Slim Chickens - Sioux Falls

Missing items, couldn't get my money back. Called, I know they were busy but the only option for a delivery order is for us to go pick it up or for them to write our name down for next time we go in... We didn't order a pickup, we honestly avoid that part of town.... They could have called us back to make it right... If we are calling we are clearly trying to tell them of their error. Disappointed, also second time ordering, likely our last.. we can't depend on this kind of service. You pay for something.. you should be able to get what you paid for...

Chicken sandwich was cold but the tenderloins were hot and juicy.

Having lived in Vegas for the past 3 years, I was craving some Raisin Canes chicken. But not having those in Sioux Falls, my only option is Slim Chickens. I ordered the Cayenne Ranch Chicken Sandwich and my better half ordered the 3 piece Tender meal. My sandwich was better than expected. It's not Raisin Canes but it's delicious. Restaurant was nice, clean and staff was friendly enough. No complaints and I will definitely be coming back. At least until Sioux Falls gets a Canes.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it did not disappoint! We both ordered the Tender Mac and Cheese bowl. First off, the customer service was outstanding. The staff, mostly younger, was cheerful and clearly enjoyed their work. Now, let's talk about the food: the Mac and Cheese was served hot and creamy, and the chicken wasn't overly breaded or greasy. It's a shame we're hitting the road in the morning, as I would definitely come back here again.

We placed a large order for over 100 people for a graduation party, and the team at the St. Louis location truly went above and beyond! The food was hot, of excellent quality, and delivered right on time, with all the sauces we requested. A huge THANK YOU to the entire team for making our experience so wonderful. We received numerous compliments on how delicious everything was. Keep up the fantastic work; we will definitely be returning!
