Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This is our second visit to this location, and both times it has been a bit chilly inside. The staff has always been friendly. During our last visit, they seemed a bit overwhelmed, which caused a longer wait, but this time they managed lunch service quite well, and our server was fantastic!

I would likely rate this restaurant four stars if it weren't for the rather impersonal host at the door. He wasn't overtly rude, but he certainly lacked the warm and welcoming demeanor you'd expect. There was no energy or charisma—he just came across as unhappy to be there. I believe he was a tall African American gentleman with glasses. It would really benefit the restaurant to have someone who greets guests with enthusiasm and helps set a positive tone for a family-friendly experience. The food was above average, the drinks were fantastic, and the waiter was great, but the host really detracted from the overall experience. I hope they consider hiring someone who can bring a little more joy to the greeting process.

I visited today at my daughter's suggestion, and it never disappoints! I usually order a burger with a gluten-free bun, but today I decided to try the avocado Cobb salad, and wow, it was massive! It tasted fantastic! My husband had a burger and said it was excellent. My daughter absolutely loves the mac 'n' cheese—it's her favorite dish—and she appreciates that she can ask for a refill. The bottomless kids' mac 'n' cheese is a dream come true for her, especially when combined with the bottomless ice cream floats. She's truly in heaven! Everything was wonderful, and we can't wait to go back and recommend it to friends.

Their Paradise cocktail was amazing. I always have decent service and the food is always good

Our waitress decided to sit down at a booth and talk with her friends three different times while we had to wait 20 minutes to even be acknowledged? and then when I asked for a refill of their fries, they brought half of a handful out lol
