Pita Pit - Sioux Falls

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent! There's a wide-ranging menu with plenty of options. The service is quick too!

I usually enjoy Pita Pit, but my recent experience was disappointing. I noticed they were open until 9 PM, so I arrived at 8:30 PM. However, I was informed that they had “turned off the grill and were basically closed.” Very disappointing. Just to clarify, this happened on Saturday, July 27th, at 8:30 PM.

The staff member was very friendly. When we first arrived, we were the only two customers in the restaurant. However, it did take longer than usual for our food to arrive. As more customers came in, they seemed to receive their meals quite quickly, so everything ended up working out well in the end.

Literally the slowest drive through in the entire city. You pull up and get told give me just a second and then wait 5-10 minutes before anyone gets back to you. And it 's like this almost every time. I 've come here when it 's dead and it 's still a long wait. I don 't understand what goes on inside that everything takes so long. Not to mention the prices have skyrocketed over the last year. Used to be able to get a pita for like $9, now they 're $12. Not only that but the portion you receive also seems to have shrunk. They also recently removed a whole bunch of things from their menu. Some of the new stuff is good but if you had a favorite it 's probably gone now. Used to love coming here but between slow service and corporate greed, I think I 'm gonna pass from now on.

Priced too high for the portions you get. $45 for three sandwiches, no sides or drinks. I ordered the pulled pork and it was mostly lettuce.
