Papa Johns Pizza - Sioux Falls

I had a very disappointing experience at Papa John's. The staff seemed unkempt and did not prioritize hygiene, which was concerning. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location, and the greasy food only added to the overall unpleasantness.

Papa John’s serves some of the greasiest and most unappetizing food I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against ordering from here. This restaurant deserves just one star.

I have been an all-too-frequent customer of this location and can't say enough good about the employees, service, and food!!!! I rarely have to wait more than 10-12 minutes from the time I put my order in online to the time it's ready to pick up. On a super busy night it might take 15 or 20 minutes but that's rare. The staff is always friendly and they all provide exceptional customer service!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Manager was a complete malcontent! Pizza was undercooked… ordered half black olives, and got seven!!! $30 pizza that was worthless!!!

Food was fine however service and employee attitude terrible. We ordered over the phone and were told it would be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later and pizza was still in the oven. We were on a time line and the delay made us late. Employees did not seem to care.
