Marco's Pizza - Sioux Falls

I just picked up a pizza at your Louise store and it is amazing. The two Young men that where working are awesome. This was less than 30 minutes ago. Nice place awesome staff. If I need to get there names let me know however you know who is working.

The gm and area manager collectively chased all the good employees. Replaced them with less quality employees from the Louise store. Get rid of them, else store will fail inside 6 years

Ordered the “special works” on thin crust. Absolutely fantastic pizza 10/10

Food is always good, service is meh. Walked in 10 minutes before pick up time was ok waiting. Let them know I was there paid. Sat and waited and waited and waited. No one ever called my name. Saw what looked like what could be my order drying at the pass for about 15 minutes before I asked if it was mine. You knew I was there, could have called my name to get my food, wasn't that busy at 7 PM on a Sunday. Love the food though.... 100

On line tracker said 90 minutes we were good with after 1.75 hrs I had to call and check on order. They said it would be out the door in 5. After 2,15 hrs after putting in order we finally got our pizza. Need to update your tracker to give better time for delivery or maybe stop taking orders if under staffed.
