This location typically has good customer service and great food. However I just got food and the floor in the restaurant is really dirty. There was straw wrappers and other little pieces of garbage/packages of stuff all over the ground. If I was someone that has never been to this location I might question getting food here. I figured management should know how the restaurant looks to the general public.

Redemption for the brand.Lived here for 2.5 years now, not willing to eat here, as 5 Guys from prior hometown was awful. Good food, great service.

When someone asks for their meat well done it what I expect twice it happened I don't eat rear meat ?

Best fries EVER! Tongo order online. Staff polite and fries made hot! Love this place.
