Blue Rock Grill - Sioux Falls

This is a really cool place, prices are pretty typical, and the food is good, but we had a few issues with service. Seems like they don't have it working very well yet. The room we were in was 62 degrees, even though the thermostat was set to 75. Our appetizer was forgotten until we asked and came when our meals did, our waters and sodas were seldom refilled, and one of our group of six got the wrong order. Our server was very nice and personable, but maybe a little overwhelmed. We all expect it will get better, if management does a good job training and maybe hires some more help.

The staff all seemed unhappy and the food was just ok. We had the carne asada tacos and chicken breast meals. Our kids got kids meals, and they were honestly better than our food, and they got way more food than the tacos came with. The live music was fun.

Went today 05/18/22 1pm our food was Ok But our server who we did not know her name. Short dark hair. Messed up our entire order from the drinks to the food. The place was not busy. She had 3 tables total at the time and they had there food. Issues are she don’t listen or cares about her customers. Too Bad it was my first time and my last time eating there. Also other tables complained about the same issue.

Amazing service and delicious food. Definitely worth the price. The staff was very friendly, and the place was extremely clean. I would definitely eat here again.

The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I also enjoyed chatting with the incredibly friendly staff.
