Red Lobster - Sioux City

The mixed drink was enjoyable, but $12.00 feels a bit steep for that! The shrimp was delicious, although some pieces were served quite cold. Our waitress, Denise, was very pleasant and attentive. However, the busboy seemed quite uninterested in his work; he was essentially just wandering around with a napkin in hand and didn't finish cleaning two tables during our entire visit. The hostess also made a mistake by taking an older couple to a table that wasn't cleaned yet, which was quite unprofessional—she should have brought them back to the waiting area. It was really off-putting. The manager ended up having to clean tables himself but didn't seem to address the busboy's lack of effort; I would reconsider his suitability as a manager. Given the high prices, it's clear why the parking lot isn't very full. Red Lobster used to be a fantastic dining spot, but it has really declined. I think any potential customer should think carefully before choosing this place!

We were celebrating our anniversary and started with a bottle of wine. When the waitress brought it to us, she took our meal order. We opted for the Wednesday night special, which included a four-course meal. She promptly served our soup, salad, and biscuits all at once. Within just five minutes, our entrée arrived as well, leaving us with soup, salad, and entrée on the table simultaneously. It certainly didn’t allow for a leisurely dinner – we felt rushed to eat everything quickly while it was hot, or risk it cooling down. Additionally, we were bothered by an unfortunate number of flies buzzing around; I found myself constantly waving my napkin to keep them away from me and my food. The waitress did apologize for the swift service, and while the food was good, the overall ambiance was disappointing. I can’t understand why the kitchen would send everything out so rapidly!

I could enjoy seafood any day of the week, at any time! The food is delicious, and the restaurant is consistently clean. The staff is always friendly and prompt.

The service from Nikki was outstanding and the crab dinner was sumptuous! I upgraded to the lobster bisque along with the Caesar salad- well worth the extra.

It was my husbands birthday and this was his pick. Everything was very good. My daughter and husband had the pizza appetizer and said it was very good. They both had seafood (of course) and I had a steak. The steak was very good for a seafood restaurant! Was a bit expensive for the 3 of us so it won’t be a frequent stop but good for a change and celebration.
