Przekaż informację zwrotnąWorst experience ever. I took my family there on October 14th at 6pm. First every table was filthy, covered with dried sticky ice cream. Even the couches were sticky. Second there were 3 girls working (if that's what you want to call it), one was sitting on the counter eating ice cream, and the other two were laughing and throwing things at each other. None of them had any thing on that implied they worked there. They were all about 16 to 18 years old and acted like they were 8. I will never return to peach wave. We were disgusted by the place, the childish behavior and no management present.
The service was excellent. They have great ice cream flavors and combinations and a variety of toppings to choose from. This is also a great place for friends to hang out, too.
I ordered a peach wave through DoorDash, and I have to say that the service from DoorDash was excellent, as always. However, when I opened my order, I found a note in the bag stating that they had run out of the flavor I wanted. Instead of calling me to discuss which flavor I would prefer as a substitute, they made a guess and, unfortunately, deleted all my toppings in the process. Their solution was to offer me a random flavor without any toppings, accompanied only by a note explaining the situation. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. A simple phone call could have resolved this issue. When I called the store to express my concerns, they simply said, "I hope that was okay." I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered two medium frozen yogurts through DoorDash, each with a different flavor and various toppings. However, when they arrived, my roommate and I found that both were completely plain—no toppings at all. There was a handwritten note that mentioned that Peachwave had lost my order while preparing it and were unsure about the toppings. What frustrated me was that they should have called me to confirm the toppings, but they never did. The note even included a comment that said, "I hope this is OK." While I did receive a refund for the missing toppings and a somewhat sincere apology when my roommate contacted Peachwave about the issue, the overall experience was disappointing.
I don't quite understand the negative reviews about Peachwave. I don't usually order frozen desserts through DoorDash, so I can't comment on that, but my girlfriend and I visit Peachwave almost every day. We are always greeted with a warm hello and a friendly inquiry about how we're doing, which really brightens our day. It's a self-serve shop, and while I wish they offered hot fudge, it's still fantastic to have the only frozen yogurt place in Sioux City. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, and the yogurt tastes delicious. I don't have any photos right now, but I'll make sure to take some next time I go!
