Panda Express - Sioux City

Not disappointed. We never had a bad experience at this point. They were busy, but the driver assured us that soon someone would be with us. Food was fresh and delicious

Fast Food Chinese restaurant or better put Americanized Chinese restaurant. Pretty fast pretty easy not bad food they got their chili sauce, which is pretty flippin hot food. I always eat too much when I go there, that's something I really need to work on. I don't go there very often, but I enjoy it when I do. A little slower, but I came to lunch on Saturday.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and I didn't witness any of the issues that some reviewers had mentioned. The food was warm, fresh, and there were no shortages on the menu. Overall, the place was clean, likely because they had just opened for the day. I dined in, and as more customers arrived, I did not notice any decline in the service quality—they seemed to receive the same attentive treatment that I did. While I acknowledge that there are many complaints out there about this establishment, which suggests some ongoing issues that may need addressing, I can only speak to my experience, which was a good one. At this point, I'm confident I can return to provide updates or share further reviews should my experience change in the future. But for today, I had a really nice time.

The food is decent when it's fresh, but that doesn’t happen often. The lobby is open, but there are no signs or information to help you feel fully engaged, which can be quite frustrating. When you enter, there's an "X" on the front tables, but that’s about it—the back tables aren’t marked at all. We didn’t pay much attention and ended up at my friend’s lunch break, leaving us with nowhere to sit and eat. The staff's attitude is hit or miss; they are usually not very friendly.

The Beijing beef was excellent. My only complaint about Panda Express is that, even though they advertise a specific closing time, they stop preparing food a couple of hours earlier at the Singing Hills location. Additionally, their fried rice machine seems to always be out of order, especially as closing time approaches. If they aren’t going to serve food or make anything two hours before closing, they might as well close early.
