Horizon - Sioux City

I am quite disappointed! I ordered a wing meal for $50 through DoorDash, but Horizon forgot to include it. When I called to address the issue, they hung up on me. I tried calling again, but only got an answering machine. If this is how they treat a regular customer, I’ll have to look for another restaurant!

I've been visiting The Horizon since I was a child, and I've always adored the food. The staff and owners are wonderful too. Their chicken noodle soup is absolutely incredible—nothing else I've tried comes close. I'm really looking forward to bringing my son there when we visit family so he can create some of the many cherished memories I've had throughout my life. This will always be my favorite restaurant.

Ordered food to-go. They were extremely helpful at a busy brunch time on Sunday. The food is always good.

It's a very nice family restaurant, the food is good,the staff is awesome. The restaurant is clean. It's one of my favorite places to go eat.

Amazing place to eat. Wish this was a nationwide chain. Owners were so friendly and the staff was awesome. Menu was a delight so many delicious dishes to choose from. I wish I lived closer. I will make sure to route trips by this place whenever traveling just to eat here. If you pass this place you have to stop and give it a try.
