Famous Dave's -b-que - Sioux City

I am staiding at the Stoney Creek Hotel, just a few minutes walk from this restaurant, so I checked it. Pulled pork was moist with an excellent smokey taste, and only enough BBQ sauce. The beans and corn on the Cob were tasty as sides, and the maize bread Muffin was surprisingly delicious. They even had Guinness-Sticht on Hahn!

Brisket could not show why they are famous! Large pink smoke line, full taste, well marbled, with a great bite. Classic pages were refreshing!

It's solid bbq. All the sauces were great and I loved all sides. The Koleslawin was exceptional. Unfortunately, the sweet tea was not south. The staff was okay.

Famous Dave is for lunch, I probably haven't been here for 5 years. I had a cat's finger and a salad. My 8-year-old grandson had a children's dinner of Mac and cheese. There were maybe 5 very small cats fingers, the salad was basically the mix you get at the Sam's Club. It had many brown, confused pieces in it. The Mac and cheese looked very dry and looked like the power Mac and cheese directly from the box. So lunch wasn't the best. The cat fingers had a great season. Our waitress was wonderful!

Ate there a couple weeks ago. Had a little bit of a wait, but that was because it appeared that they were understaffed that night. All employees attitudes were amazing and the food arrived warm and delicious!!!
