Different planaries to taste, good quality, but their beef tars could be tastier.
I stayed here in December 2013, I can't seem to find any reference to booking accomodation here online, as we had it booked for us. I think there were approx 8 rooms across two floors above the restaurant itself, accessed by the door by the bar, or the rear door to the building. The location is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sion itself, it's next door to the Migros supermarket and we were given a pass to use the car park opposite for the duration of our stay. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We had a triple bedroom, with a small drink making area with kettle and complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate. There was plenty of clothes storage and food storage within this area, drawers under the bed and a separate wardrobe. We had a large LCD screen on the wall which only had a couple of English channels, but I guess that's a given when you're abroad. The bathroom was compact, with only a sitdown bath with a shower which was lovely and hot. Breakfast consisted of bread for toasting, sweet bread, jams and honey, nutella. Coffee, fruit juices and tea served in the restaurant itself. There is also free WiFi for residents, just ask at the bar. Beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel too. I'd definately stay here again if I returned to Sion.
Simply divine, welcoming, warm and very friendly staff, with good advice...
Very good concept, but the tartars are bland, they lack seasoning and spices!
