Waiting was incredible! I said, “Your restaurant is understaffed” Answer: “Everyone comes up simultaneously”!! This place is based on the fact that everyday different guests appear as they are tourists!
It was terrible, in all aspects. Generally we don 't choose touristy places to eat, (for example on the main pedestrian street of a town but in this case we were too hungry and the receptionist of our hostel recommended it. First, the food was instant/prepackaged...junk food (however we ate only starters and soups, maybe other meals are better, but I don 't think so... . So we got instant soup and little portions of prepackaged butter, tuna and cheese we didn 't order cheese, but another type of fish, but this is the less problematic point about it. Than, there was hair in my soup...brrr... The service was careless and very slow: the waitress forgot one time the food we ordered, next time to bring us spoons and forks. We decided to leave it because of this things, and I was a little bit angry, but I became furious only at the end: we asked for the bill, and they tried to charge us the price of the four packages of starters four times. When we told them politely, that maybe they took a mistake in the bill, the waitress insisted she didn 't, and I had to show her in the portuguese language menu we are in right, because she said maybe in the english language menu it seemed differently!!! It was really disappointing. Yes, we are tourists, but we aren 't stupid! The only thing because of I didn 't asked for the customers book was that I wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. So, this restaurant was a classic, disappointing tourist trap.
I tried a lot of food and bakery in Portugal, but no place let me say wow. I would simply recommend Tyrol!! Just try it!
Had lunch here, very pleasant staff, spoke Englisg, although we tried to order in Portuguese. Would recommend
