Restaurante Adega do Saloio - Sintra

We had the steak maderia and veal and mushroom in a sauce. Both dishes were excellent and the meat was super tender. A small jug of house red wine and cake and coffee finished the meal.

If you want a very good meal at a reasonable price, then this restaurant is a good choice. I had their cod with onions which was excellent. My companions who had lamb and chicken were equally enthusiastic. The veggies were a little over cooked, but otherwise the food was quite good. My only quibble is that they didn’t have cider.

Incredible service and spectacular eating. this is an authentic Portuguese restaurant with good quality and delicious decor. this is not a tourist restaurant, so the prices were amazing and the servings were very generous. I recommend visiting adego do saloia

Holy smokes.. What a gem! More of a local's spot. But definitely with the trip. Highly recommend. PRO: Amazing food (high quality, tasty, good portions) Great service CON: pricey (but worth it)

Very nice place. we had grilled sea roasts and grilled black pork. the grill was made on fire, the smell of smoke was amazing. very soft and juicy. fish also good! only set back was not a hahn beer. other great!
