Pizza Hut Massama - Sintra

Completely didn’t do my order and gave me no notice. I waited two hours only to find out that they didn’t even do the order at all.

Food is little better than there service quality Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge in customer service.

Mainly for take away. The restaurant has few tables but you can see the guys in and out of the front door for deliveries. Pizzas are at the standard expected from pizza hut. The restaurant is in a residential area of apartment blocks. Parking is a real issue but if you drive around for a while you'll eventually find a slot.

Staff is nice, the service is quick, it's never really full of customers, music channel always on. Overall it's a cool place.

Comparado com outras pizza huts sinceramente acho q qualidade das pizzas um pouco aquém. Parecem ligeiramente diferentes de outros restaurantes que normalmente encomendo.
