In terms of flavor, their dishes are quite similar to HDL, but they also offer some signature items of their own. The restaurant provides a wide variety of soup bases made from fresh ingredients, and I must say their tomato soup is one of the best I've had in Singapore. Additionally, their mushroom soup base is loaded with a generous amount of fresh mushrooms. The prices are very reasonable and affordable for steamboat lovers, being about 30% cheaper than HDL, which is a fantastic value. I highly recommend this place!
