Stepping in, I am literally transported to the streets of India with their interior decked with Punjab-related murals furniture, including a manja. What I tried, Sarson Ka Saag Set Meal. A bowl of blended mustard greens with spices that is so rich creamy simply addictive, paired with corn-flour flatbread. This flatbread has a uniquely sturdy texture as I tear out a piece of the flatbread dip it unto the blended mustard greens, the flavour just grows on me with each every bite. So comforting warms up my palate body. Chicken Tikka (6pcs) One bite into this beauty my palate is hit with a smoky char flavour next I'm greet with an explosion juiciness of lusciously tender chicken breast that's heavily spiced expertly cook to perfection moist. Butter Chicken. Generous chunks of boneless chicken sautéed in a tantalising heavenly aroma butter cream sauce. The creamy sauce has a delightful blend of tang butteriness that pair flawlessly. Best pair with garlic naan. As I scoop up this creamy sauce boneless chicken, in no time, I literally mop out the entire bowl leaving nothing behind. Garlic Naan. Impressive as is not greasy with crisp outer texture fluffy soft doughy inside. The flavour of the garlic also settle nicely on the taste buds while it is almost unnecessary to pair this naan with a gravy, I love to give it an extra kick by pair it with butter chicken as it soak up the gravy very nicely. Gulab Jamun Indian milk balls deep fried and soaked in sugar syrup and it absorb the syrup nicely. Mango Lassi Very refreshing rich and luxurious drink made from yogurt and mangoes for that sweet and milky finish. One sip on it I'm in love. the good ambiance services uplifts the experience. I highly recommend this authentically brilliant North Indian restaurant.
We tried the following dishes: 》Chicken Makhni Set Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan and Papadam on the side. The Butter Chicken with its tender tandoori boneless meat in a moreish/creamy sauce is one of the best I 've ever had here in Singapore. 》Sarson Ka Saag Set 'Mustard greens ' (Sarson is the Hindi/Punjabi word for mustard and Saag means greens) served with Makki Ki Roti. The moreish curry gravy was packed with so much flavour and the spice level was on point, perfectly paired with the Roti (unleavened corn-based flatbread). 》Chole Bhatura Also known as Chana Bhatura, this is one of the most popular Punjabi dishes in India. The 'Chole ' is a spiced, tangy chickpea curry and the 'Bhatura ' is a soft/fluffy fried leavened bread. Perfect combination of flavours and textures which was very addictive. 》Gulab Jamun Ended our night on a high (sweet) note with these deep-fried milky balls soaked in sugar syrup. Totally hooked on this addictive dessert. 》Mango Lassi and Masala Tea The Lassi was refreshing with the natural sweetness coming from the Mango while the Masala Tea had balanced spices on it. The aroma of the dishes were simply heavenly and delightful, me and my partner absolutely loved everything we 've tried! Authentic and affordable North Indian dishes in a spacious spot and central location? Please do try this place, I highly recommend it.
Good quality North Indian food at affordable prices. Definitely value for money. Special mention to Mrs. Dilljeet Kaur to be a welcoming host!
Pretty cheap and pretty good. Not a huge variety of food but it'll get the job done. The bread in white creamy stuff was the best
