Lime Parkroyal On Pickering - Singapore

Booked as a la carte, it’s a buffet. Nice but there are better buffets available at this price point

Several children running and screaming during our dinner. Felt as if I was dining in a child care center. Buffet was fair but not outstanding. We ordered cocktails when we first sat down. They didn’t arrive for over 30 minutes. Great looking restaurant but I’ll give it a pass next time.

Off to a bad start that we had a booking and confirmed it the night before, only to find out as the reception that they cannot find our booking; it was made worse that the receptionist tried to convince me that I mever confirmed the booking. Ordered lobster laksa, it was semi-decent at best. There was an ongoing buffet at the same timr so waiters were understandably busy, but the fact is my friend and I felt left out. Not cheap either. Not anywhere near the list of restaurants I would return to atm.

Each time we are in Singapore, we book a dinner at The Lime, Parkroyal. The Parkroyal being one of our favorite hotel as well, that's how we discovered the Lime. The food quality is excellent and the diversity of the buffet is outstanding. I love the ambiance (we always seat further back, so it is more quiet) and it became a ritual to have a meal here with my family on every single visit in Singapore.
