Le Shrimp Ramen (paragon) - Singapore

First of all, this restaurant belongs to the Paradise Group, which means the food served here is Chinese-style ramen rather than Japanese. We tried both the shrimp broth ramen and the dry ramen with chili oil. I highly recommend the shrimp broth ramen; the broth is flavorful, thick, and perfectly seasoned. However, the dumplings that came with the broth were just average, as the skin was a bit thick. The chili oil dry ramen was also tasty, but it didn’t stand out like the broth ramen. We opted for the set meal and chose the tofu with century egg and pickled cucumbers as appetizers. The taste was decent—cold, not too salty—making for nice starters. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering this restaurant is located right in the heart of Orchard Road.

Managed to get a table during sun peak dinner time. 2nd time eating and service was fast. Le signature 3 prawn ramen did not disappoint, full of umami. Prawns were fresh, ramen texture just right. The century tofu side was not bad too. Portion generous. Overall food was good.

I had the Ebiko Prawn Paste Shrimp Ramen, and it was fantastic! The prawn paste was generous, the noodles were cooked to perfection, and the broth was outstanding. The portion size was quite large—I couldn't finish the noodles, but the soup was so flavorful that I managed to drink it all. It was a really hearty bowl of ramen, and I highly recommend it. Plus, it wasn't crowded on a weekday night!

Super yummy prawn noodles with delicious thick prawn broth. Le Signature Trio Prawn Ramen is $19.90 a bowl, but the portion is ginormous, I think it can be shared between two people. Unfortunately, I cannot eat it quickly enough before my rice noodles get all soggy, I may try with egg noodles next time or get them cooked harder. Also, prawns can be better quality though (minus 1 star). Go between 3-5pm to get the value deal, $12.90 for the prawn ramen, a side and a drink !

Wishing all LeNu outlets can be converted to LeShrimp instead haha! They serve the best of both worlds but I’ll always choose their signature trio consists of fresh prawns, prawn balls, and a prawn dumpling. A filling meal with luscious shrimp broth and crunchy veg that makes you want to eat more. Service is quick and prompt, you just scan a QR to order. Generally quick to get a seat as well. I would definitely top up $3.70 for a drink and an appetizer and I love their tofu, bamboo shoots. Their takeaway service is wonderful as well!
