Lavo - Singapore

Ordered 4 main dishes all of them were too salty for our liking. Even the cake was too much of a peanut butter.. It sure doesn't seems like a fine dining restaurant as it's extremely rowdy. Service wasn't impeccable as well, it took quite a while to get the waiter/ waitress attention to make our order/ refill our glasses/ new utensils/ bills etc. Waiter do not have the basic table etiquette knowledge as well, he did not know which utensils have been used for which course meal.... Overall was kinda disappointing since I've been looking to visit this restaurant for a very long time.

It was a very pleasant stay at Lavo. The food was outstanding delicious and the staff was the friendliest I've ever known.

The drinks were good and the service was amazing. However, food was really poor quality your average Italian restaurant has better food. Ordered a charred octopus which was super dry and over cooked and a pizza which tasted like a prepackaged frozen one that you could buy at any grocery store.. I recommend going there for drinks not for food.

Terrible experience- for such a high end restaurant our food had mold on it when we received it. We told our server (who was wonderful) and someone who seemed to be a manager didn’t acknowledge the issue. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food. Very disappointed
