Fish Co. - Singapore

Typically, we would go for the seafood platter for two, but we decided to try the broth this time. About ten minutes later, our broth arrived, and as we dove in, we discovered that the cheese contained tomato. A tall, slim manager came over to check on us, asking if everything was okay with our food and service. I mentioned my allergy, and he apologized and informed Dawn about the situation. Dawn came over to sincerely apologize and offered to replace the dish or provide an alternative. However, we declined, asking only for a jug of ice water to help manage my GERD. She checked on us frequently to ensure I was comfortable, and I reassured her that I was fine. She also made sure the staff cleared the dirty shells from our side plates, though I told them to leave them. Overall, the service was exceptional—friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the seafood was overcooked, whether baked or roasted. If not for that, I would have given a five-star rating. I hope they address this issue, perhaps by trying a grilling method instead.

The food was good, but it could be improved. Overall, the experience was excellent, especially the ambiance! The staff and manager on duty were very efficient in addressing customer feedback about the food. Great job!

The Fish Co at Tampines One is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. The service from the staff was exceptional. One employee, Lynda, truly stood out for her outstanding service. She noticed my cousin and me struggling with the menu and promptly offered her help since we're not very tech-savvy. The food she recommended was delicious. We started with a salad and mushroom soup, and the spaghetti with soft shell crab was fantastic, with generous portions. The seafood platter was also very good. You can't beat a great meal paired with excellent service. Highly recommended!
