Andersen's Of Denmark (jurong Point)

I visited this restaurant using an Eatigo reservation, which offers a 30% discount on part of their menu. Without that discount, I find the prices a bit high for a waffle with two scoops of ice cream. The waffle itself was quite good, passing the crunch test with flying colors. As for the ice cream, the Belgian chocolate was a solid choice, while the cookies and cream was a bit too heavy on the vanilla for my taste.

Located at Level 2 of Jurong Point, Andersen's ice cream has a wide range of ice cream flavours to choose from. Apart from the usual ice cream cone, you can also try their creation menu which features fondue, banana spilt, etc. Service was prompt and professional as well.

I ordered the mixed fruit waffles to share. I thought the waffles could be cooked more on the inside because it was a bit wet but perfectly crunchy on the outside. Overall service was excellent by the staff!

Overall, I had a great experience at the restaurant, from how they handle table allocations to the convenience of ordering via QR code. The process was smooth and efficient. As always, the selection of ice creams is quite extensive and the quality is excellent. If you plan to visit during weekends or peak times, just leave your name and mobile number at the reception and feel free to walk around the mall until they call you to let you know a table is available.

This was my first visit, even though the place has been in JP for years. The ice cream waffle wasn't the best I've ever had, but it still tasted great. One thing that stood out to me was how much the maple/honey syrup resembled that of McDonald’s. They had barcodes for ordering through a link, but unfortunately, it wasn't working for us.
