Zhen Jie Traditional Dessert

I recently visited a vegetarian restaurant that had a variety of cold and hot desserts available. I decided to try their dish made with yuba and ginkgo nuts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of ginkgo nuts in the bowl - there were a total of 21 pieces! The dish was fragrant and not too sweet, and at only $2, it was definitely worth trying.
