Unfortunately, my experience at La Friterie Sinoise was really disappointing. I tried the fries and I have to say they are the worst I have ever tasted in my life. The taste was really odd, almost artificial, and it looked like they had been cooked in motor oil instead of the proper cooking oil or grease like they do here in the north. As soon as I tasted the first fry, I immediately felt an unpleasant and uninviting aftertaste. I tried to ignore that feeling hoping it would get better, but unfortunately it didn't. The fries seemed to be low quality, overcooked and frankly unappetizing. Besides the questionable taste, the presentation of the fries left a lot to be desired. They were too dark and seemed quite greasy, suggesting inappropriate and unhygienic preparation. I am sorry to have to give such a negative review, but I think it is essential to share my experiences, especially when they are so disappointing. I cannot recommend this place's fries to anyone, and I hope the owner will give serious consideration to using higher quality ingredients and oils to improve the quality of the food served. In the end, it was an experience to forget. I was disappointed with the very poor quality of the fries and their strange and uninviting taste. I will definitely not be returning and would strongly advise against this place to anyone looking for quality fries.
