The absolutely best steak I ever had in my life!!! I brought my mom to a place we were never. Now here is the thing... she likes her steak medium rarely (pink juicy but not raw) I like my steak well done (no pink what ever) plus I don't eat it when there is any fat or gristle. Well, that always seems to be a big challenge for some chefs to get either a just one... but not at all for Popover Bistro Bakery! Both steaks were cooked for perfection!!! Her was perfectly pink, juicy and lovely and my was perfectly made and still delicate, juicy wonderful with not a little fat! So Bravo Popover Bistro Bakery!!! And thanks for the fact that my mom's birthday breakfast together makes a delicious start to our fun day!

Incredibly wonderful and friendly owners and employees. The food is amazing and always made from fresh local ingredients. Very recommended for everyone in the area to stop!
