Wendy's - Simpsonville

This establishment fails to accommodate individuals who require assistance to see, which is a basic necessity in today’s society. The parking lot has been poorly lit for three months, and the drive-through menu is never illuminated. When I sought help, the staff became defensive. I fully acknowledge that I was agitated during this experience, but my frustration stemmed from their lack of accommodations. As a result, I was denied service and reminded of the other customers waiting behind me. Seven people were in line, and three left while I waited. Additionally, I was confronted by an outside employee who had no reason to engage with me or my order. When I finally managed to speak with a manager via the intercom, he informed me that he had submitted a service request months ago, but it has been ignored by the company. It’s important to note that this is in South Carolina, where these Wendy's franchises are likely bound by franchise laws, yet they are still legally required to assist those with needs or disabilities. This is not a safe environment for anyone with additional requirements. I suggest you save your money.

The burger was completely overcooked and charred black. It seemed like an old, dry burger that had been sitting out far too long! The chili was nothing but liquid, with very few beans and hardly any meat in it. Overall, it was a disgusting dinner. Given the prices Wendy’s charges, our meal felt like a complete rip-off! I definitely won't be returning for a long time, if ever!

I had to wait a long time for my DoorDash order because all five employees were loud, cursing, and goofing off, claiming they were short-staffed.

I stopped here around 10:30 at night and everything was really good. The food was fresh and the people at the window were really nice
