Starbucks - Simpsonville

Overall this Starbucks could use some work. Always seems dirty in the seating area. I often use the drive-thru and they rarely fill the cup.

I have given this location multiple tries out of convenience but smh. I have had hair in my cup once, watered down 6 dollar lattes. Most of the time I don’t have time to go back to have them remake it so that’s money wasted and I’m an almost daily Starbucks drinker. Today a barista fed a dog a pup cup through the drive through window and continued to hand out drinks without washing her hands. Like come on.

I’ve been ordering from this location for a few months and being honest, they tend to burn my coffee. I always order it warm to avoid this, but sometimes they still serve it quite hot and it just doesn’t taste good.

One of the lovely baristas helped me find a new favorite way to order my go-to drink since they were out of one of the ingredients. I really appreciated it, and it made my day!

This place is soooo slow. I usually get it about ten to fifteen minutes after the estimated time
