Papa Johns - Simi Valley

I want to thank the restaurant for the amazing pizza I received today. It was delivered around 4:40 pm via DoorDash. I ordered a 10-inch pizza with normal crust topped with pepperoni, onions, and bacon. It was exceptionally delicious, which is why I uploaded pictures. I also enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie. A big thanks to the staff working between 4 pm and 6 pm on 9/20/22, and a special shoutout to my DoorDash delivery driver!

The stuffed crust pizza was delicious. The delivery was quick and the staff was friendly.

My first and last order was a medium pizza with two toppings: pepperoni and onion. Unfortunately, there was barely any pepperoni on the pizza - only 15 small, thin slices that lacked flavor. There was plenty of onion though. It seems that when you order two toppings, they skimp on the first topping, resulting in less of it on the pizza. I now realize that for just $4 more, I could have ordered from Toppers, which is known for having the best-rated pizza. Lesson learned.

I've been waiting for over a week for a call from the manager to complain about the rotten olives that were put on my pizza and no one has called me back. Also, when my son went to pick up the pizzas no one greeted him and just handed him the pizzas thatwe had paid for and out the door he went. We will give our frequent pizza business to a different Papa John's.

I wanted to try Papa John?s new stuffed crust pizza because I?ve always loved Pizza Hut?s stuffed crust pizza. So, I thought I?d give Papa John?s a try. Over the past few days, I?ve tried ordering through GrubHub and all three times they?ve canceled myorder without explanation. I guess I?ll never try Papa John?s stuffed crust pizza. I love Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza andthat?s what I will continue to order.
