Greek House Café - Simi Valley

Don't get me wrong, food is great and large portions of sides! Only complaint is pricing... it has stopped me from coming back on multiple occasions, it's just way too expensive in comparison to any other Greek place in the area. Just can't justify paying a $25-$30 per person on a casual night carry out. Something has to change on that. It used to be so much less. If they had smaller portions for less I would be there more often! Lastly it is very strange they won't take an order over the phone without a credit card. I was driving and called to place an order and they refused to take it without a credit card over the phone, I said I was driving and they said no exceptions. I told them I ordered from them before and I'm on my way and I was in a hurry and timing wouldn't work out unless I was able to place order now and pickup in 25 min and they said no. So I canceled and said okay never mind. Just wish pricing was less and they were more accommodating to their clients.

Ordered food . Went to pickup at curbside service . They came out and asked for my name and never came back . They had me waiting outside for 30 min. Before I went inside to go ask for my food . Horrible customer service

I absolutely look this place!!! Have been coming here for many years. The food is consistently amazing. They have a huge menu and options that will please everyone. The staff has always been very prompt and friendly. They are quick to offer suggestions and give advice. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. They maintain the restaurant very well and consistently are making improvements. The prices tend to be a little on the higher side, but absolutely worth it in quantity and quality. I highly recommend Greek House Cafe as one of Simi Valley's best restaurants!!!

Came today with my realtor for lunch at 11:30. I've been telling her about this place and she loves Greek food. She had the chicken kabob with salad and loved it. I had the special mahi mahi fish n chips. They were tons of fries and pieces of fish were dry and skinny. They do give you a ton of food. My friend loved her meal. We both tried the chocolate baklava. Service was great, as always. My go to spot!

Get the flaming cheese with extra lemon if u are a citrus feen like me! Also I love the spinach pie. Their take on it is a little different then most places but so so good...what I can I say I'm addicted. Place is pricey but quality healthy food is. I get usually just these two appetizers after work and it comes to about 40 bucks. I also love that u call it in, then just pull up in front to get your food. Don't have to call to tell them u there or nothing. Seamless!!! So with the quality of health food and service the price is hands down worth for me : keep up the good work guys
