Kel's Kickstart - Silverton

After working in service for a dozen years, service is everything! I was really excited to try this place, support a local biz and possibly become a regular, as it was highly recommended by a friend! Pulled up, ordered my coffee asked why there was no soy milk and the barista start selling me that there 's too many hormones in soy, knowing that I soy all the time and have never had any hormonal imbalance I politely said I eat soy all the time and have never had a problem, I don 't believe that. In my mind we agreed to disagree. She then walked away. As she walked up to the espresso machine I heard her say under her breath oh it 's going to be one of those types of days in a nasty tone. In other words she was just downright rude. I don 't push my beliefs on others and I don 't get upset when people believe differently than myself. I left by telling her I didn 't appreciate her but I misspoke, I didn 't appreciate her attitude to a simple question. I would not go back.

Always great coffee, and they love on our fur babies, which makes them even more fantastic

I stopped by about a week and a half ago and ordered a soy latte. They made it with dairy and didn’t offer to remake it. They just said, “I’ll remember next time.” I don’t recommend this place as they clearly don’t respect dietary restrictions or customers for that matter.

Really like the vanilla chai latte. It's like a warm, internal hug. Night Spell is an excellent pumpkin chai.

Friendly place good selection of coffee and make you own tea which is good. Easy off and back onto the road and fast service.
