Whole Foods Market - Silver Spring

I consistently have a fantastic experience as a customer at this restaurant, but today was particularly outstanding thanks to Patrick, the cashier who provided exceptional service. Being 8 months pregnant, he helped me bag and place items in my shopping cart, and also had Chanda assist in loading my car. Chanda was very kind as well. Both of them were extremely helpful! Thanks to these two gentlemen, I will always make sure to return to this location.

I love Whole Foods freshly baked pizzas and the fresh local tomatoes.

Best grocery store in the area. More expensive but I use for specific fresh foods like seafood (Best in the area). Good quality vegetables and fruit. Bakery is on parr, tasty and offers a unique variety of sweets. Usually busy, but the lines move quick. Food bar can be very good depending on when you arrive. Parking is plentiful but it can fill up. May have to search a bit, maybe not.

We were enamored by the beauty of this location. The A/C was so called for because today is a hot. I always love how clean Whole Foods locations are every time I visit them. She still managed to give us a smile and friendly demeanor after dealing with the heavy traffic flow and after being on her feet for 6 hours. The next closest Whole Foods to here is in DC, so that's why this location stays busy all day. The lady at the checkout counter told us about Wegmans, which is a cheaper alternative when Whole Foods isn't an option. That was thoughtful of her to give us that info because it definitely wasn't required of her to do so. I'm excited about to have a slice of this delicious looking Mango Mousse Cake later on tonight. I wish I could comment on it now, but then we would have a very unhappy birthday girl!

This restaurant is conveniently located in downtown Silver Spring and is easy to walk to. They have both an employee and self-serve drop box for Amazon returns located to the right of the store near the front. While I don't shop here often because it can be pricey for everyday groceries, I do occasionally enjoy their prepared foods and other items. The selection at the prepared foods bar can vary, so don't expect your favorite dish to always be available. I did try a blueberry scone once and really liked it.
