Vegetable Garden - Silver Spring

The atmosphere is normally peaceful and quiet. Service is great and food is amazing! I don't really like that the default rice that comes with the dishes is brown rice though (otherwise I would rate 5 My favorite dishes: curry supreme, The Lima beans really absorb the flavor Sweet and sour or orange chicken with pineapple (I don't remember so good I eat it with no rice.

I ate an early dinner here today with a vegan friend who was visiting from California. I ordered the vegetables with rice noodles, and it was simply delicious! I mean delicious for any restaurant, not just vegetarian or vegan! I wish they would open one in Gaithersburg or Germantown, closer to where I live.

My family loves this place. I’m not a vegetarian but you don’t need to be to appreciate this place. Definitely give the General Tso “chicken” a try. I only wish they would stay open a little later : .

This place is great. fully vegan, lots of gluten free options. healthy and less healthy options as well. great food. you have to get the crispy black mushroom appetizer!

I visited this restaurant on a rainy evening craving some noodle soup and steamed buns, which are a nostalgic childhood dish for me from my pre-vegetarian days. The moment I tasted the vegan beef noodle broth, I was transported back in time, reminiscent of that famous scene in the movie *Ratatouille*. It was truly incredible how they managed to capture the authentic flavor without using any meat. I can confidently say that this has become one of my favorite restaurants of all time!
