Mcdonald's - Silver Spring

The staff at this McDonald's are friendly, and the restaurant is clean.

This is probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever visited! I ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was fresh and hot! Even the cheese on my burger was perfectly melted. The customer service was outstanding too!

There’s no drive-thru! The servers seemed overwhelmed by a large group of high school students. If possible, check the time of day and try to avoid visiting right after school lets out.

I have been there many times. I know too many McDonalds, To be honest and frank this is most horrible place I ever visited. Customer Service is the extremely poor. I will never return there. If you need a better human experience STAY AWAY from this place. Adios
