Gisele's Creole Cuisine - Silver Spring

They robbed us yesterday. we went there at 19:30 to buy something, they accused us of eating for the left. eating was colder than my dog. my girl inflicted the truthahn, it was hard and cold. I ordered ochstail, I don't know what a ochs tail that was. it looks like Jamaican ochs and taste terrible. I will never go back to giselles creole cuisine, you eat is expensive and taste nothing like real haitic eating.

The worst service of all time. my family and I actually had to go out and we were a group of 10. They didn't want to serve us, and I was told that I should keep going. I saw the waitress/server clean other people table and totally ignored us. a customer who was regular had to wipe my table for us (I should have gone then) but we drove an hour to come here and we tried only to deal with the bad customer service so that we can eat. When we finally had the opportunity to order food, we were told that they were from ochsenschwein and fish that did not make any sense, because people still ordered the recording for the same items we tried to order. they would think we sat there for free meals. the waitress told me that she would go on the back to see what they have, but when she came back, she went into the bar area and began to command someone else and totally ignored us. We did not get out with any excuse. she only looked at us as if she was happy to see us go because she couldn't handle a table size of 10 people. we just wanted to support our haitians. I'm sorry we were treated so badly. I proposed this restaurant of my family who drove an hour to be treated so badly. do not visit this restaurant

Worst service ever. My family and I actually had to walk out and we were a group of 10. They did not want to serve us and I was told I should of made reservations. I watched the waitress/server clean other people’s table and completely ignore us. A customer who was a regular had to wipe down my table for us (I should’ve walked out then )but we drove an hour to come here And we were trying to just deal with the poor customer service so we can eat. Customers that were seated after us were able to order before us and receive their food. when we finally had the opportunity to order food we were told that they were out of oxtails pork and fish which made no sense because people were still ordering takeout for the same items we were trying to order.. You would think we were sitting there for free meals. The waitress told me she was going to the back to check to see what they have but when she came back she went to the bar area and started taking someone else’s orders and completely ignored us .We ended up walking out with no apology given. She Just looked at us as if she was happy to see us go because she couldn’t handle a table size of 10 people. All we were trying to do was support our Haitians. Its a shame we were treated so poorly. I suggested this restaurant to my family who drove an hour to be treated so poorly .Do not visit this restaurant

Check yall food before making payment. Our order is NEVER correct and always have to double check.On 4/09 we orders 2 diri blanc with sos pwa Congo and got sos pwa noir instead. We ordered 2 legumes and goat meat and it was meatless. We called them and did not offer a refund. We weren’t told they were out of sos pwa congo when we placed the order. Such a disappointment. They’ve got to do better.
