Recently, I asked for a discount just to see some customer appreciation but after trying to reach the owner with no avail I decided to cancel. They refused to return my deposit which was not pleasant as I had already found another bakery that would do the same cake for cheaper. Customer service is irrelevant to this bakery and as a small business I think customers should be appreciated.
