Eastern Carry-out - Silver Spring

When I was 13 years old, I used to order from this restaurant multiple times. Sometimes I would tip them, but other times I couldn't because I was young. One day, I ordered beef lo mein and found dirt in my food. I was very upset and didn't know how to react. I thought about calling a lawyer or 911, but I was too young to consider it. I was just really angry. After that incident, I never ordered from that restaurant again. This is a true story.

The food is terrible, with occasional moments of being just okay. It seems like they serve customers reheated old food, and the delivery service is extremely slow. I waited for 2 hours for my order even though the restaurant is only a 10-minute drive away. The person who answers the phone is rude and lacks manners, often shouting. The chicken also seems undercooked at times.

The service is sluggish when it comes to serving the food.

I called to place a order they said 45min,, almost 2 hours later I called to ask if they even making the order this man hang up on me ?‍?‍ The food not even that good to ave so much attitude

I have been ordering from this place for over 20 years. This is 1 of the best Chinese restaurants around and the prices are always good. That is why their phones are always ringing throughout the day. I don't pay as much attention to services as this is a carry-out place. I order, I pickup, I get out.
