Boston Market - Silver Spring

This afternoon, I had a great experience. The lunch I ordered was fresh and delicious. I chose the large meat platter, which came with two sides and a mix of vegetables, and the entire meal cost around $12, which included a drink as well. The restaurant was clean, and there were only about four other groups dining at the time. Most importantly, the food was excellent, and I plan to make it a point to return before my therapy sessions wrap up.

Another place I give a good rating. Love the staff. Professional and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Place is always clean, that's a biggie for me. I won't eat at a place that isn't. Food is fresh and hot all the time, and if it isn't, they'll make it that way. That's good customer service.

The customer service from all the staff was excellent. The food was delicious and served hot. My only complaint is that there weren't any signs indicating where to place your order. It's different from a typical subway-style setup, so for first-time visitors, that could be confusing. Additionally, the tables could use a bit more cleanliness, but I can see that the staff is working hard behind the counter. I’m sure they clean when they have the time, especially given their limited numbers. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick and tasty meal.

Service is generally good. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Food is standard Boston Market Tariff generally good. Store itself is decent could be a bit more attention. Today the floor was sticky. The decor is a little drab, but I suppose that's standard for Boston Market. Bottom line we like the NH Ave. Location and intend to visit this Boston Market site regularly. We always get the dark meat chicken and creamy spinach, along with another side. The creamy spinach is absolutely delicious. I always command it and serve it sometimes as a supplement with our home cooked meals.

Two days ago we were in this beautiful restaurant for the first time. But... it's obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening much with the efficient service, with the first-class dishes and wine and with the comfortable price. We'll be back soon.
