I have been using curbside pickup at this restaurant for several months now, but today’s experience was incredibly frustrating. When I arrived to pick up my order, a staff member informed me that they don’t actually offer curbside pickup and that I needed to go through the drive-thru instead. When I tried to explain my situation to him, he was quite rude but eventually brought my food to my car, although he had to return for a few missing items. He then reiterated that I shouldn't use curbside pickup again. When I asked if he was the manager, he confirmed that he was, but when I requested his name, he curtly said I didn’t need to know and walked away. Seriously?! This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. What he doesn’t realize—especially considering he looks like he’s about 12 years old—is that I am the agent for Dairy Queen's insurance, and I have a good relationship with the owners. Today, he messed with the wrong customer!
