Ribcrib Bbq - Siloam Springs

30 minutes and never received our drink or the appetizer. When we asked how long it would be, with a red face, the poor girl vanished, overwhelmed, so we finally got up and left. What has happened to our restaurants? RibCrib was a great place to eat. They had 2 waitresses and they were working hard but overwhelmed by the crowd. The men's bathroom was so slippery I had to be careful. C'mon RibCrib, you're needed in Siloam. So many places can't find adequate help. Maybe this is the problem. The food is always great.

When Ashley is working the Bar area the service and Atmosphere is Great. ! The past three times we have been there she is not there and the hamburgers where just Patty's like you can get at McDonald's. If She is no longer working there we will go somewhere else . I called today and she is no longer there so Bye

The food is tasty, the place is very cozy and the service is excellent!!!

We had a great experience at Rib Crib in Siloam Springs today. The food was great, but the best part was our server, Angel. She’s friendly and engaging. She took her time with us. She was prompt with service. She didn’t interrupt our conversations, and yet, she still checked in regularly. She was very friendly and helpful. I’d ask for her the next time we go in!

Just not worth the money. Second time there and likely the last for me. A shame really because it's a nice restaurant, but the food is really lacking.
