Baked salmon with rice tasted very good. I have milk with my coffee because I don't like creamers. the personal is very friendly. if they're on the way to tagaytai or back, they should be over here. that's worth it.

Cecil’s cafe is not in tagaytay. it is along 420 santa pink- tagaytay road. part of the common silang in barangay puting kahoy 4118. Eat here is freshly cooked. this place is not open assembly and celebrations. no wifi, so they better get someone they're willing to talk to for hours. it's so sad to see couples eating here that don't even talk or smile. if they are super hungry, order them for fast chow: amoy lumpia mango date Squares(sweet first is allowed) chips and dill dip everything here tastes like heaven.

Be sure to drop by this place when you go up Tagaytay. Cecil's cafe offers a homey, laid back, old school vibe that you should not miss. Servers are very attentive and warm. Their menu is very good, but my two favorite items are: Amoy fresh lumpia! So good with the sweet sause the complements every bite order this please, you won't regret it! Homemade asado siopao (specially made by Tita Cecil)! Freshly made, super good bun, asado filling is sweet, tender and juicy! Enjoy!
