Jay's Krispy Fried Chicken - Sikeston

After church on Sunday, I decided to grab some biscuits and gravy through the drive-thru. However, the experience was disappointing. The staff member I encountered was quite rude, and with all the yelling in the background, I struggled to place my order. It's unfortunate because the food is good, but I won't be returning due to the unprofessional and unfriendly service.

The eggs and omelets were consistently undercooked, with the egg whites still runny. The blonde girl at the window was quite rude and her attitude was unpleasant. If you dislike your job that much, maybe it's time to move on for everyone's sake. It's unfortunate because the food has potential to be really good, but it seems like the owner is allowing their staff to bring the experience down. After this visit, I don't plan on returning.

My family often visits Jays on Sundays after church services. I really enjoy the chicken sandwich with mustard sauce. I'm actually going to order some gizzards now, which is another one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly to us. Thank you, Jays employees!
