Applebee's Grill - Signal Hill

Burger was dry ordered pink, all burgers was mixed up and server blamed “new cook” rare will I give negative reviews. Seen the lady one time at the end of the meal. Maybe it was just this once. I’ll try a different location next time.

Service was slow .Only had three worker Food was served cold

No utensils are given unless asked . Said no pickles on the sandwich and they still added them. Completely ruined the sandwich. Servers are very very forgetful when you ask them for anything. The bourbon chicken was extremely drowned in garlic. Hoping they don't ask for a tip. I'll give them one for sure.

As always I love the food. Sunday afternoon seems to be very busy at this location.(Long Beach) They seemed to be a bit short staffed, other wise our waiter did his best.

Not a good visit this time. We had a group of 7 and were seated. After a few minutes, they offered to either move all of us to another location or split the group into two with tables across the walkway from one another. After about 20 minutes (the restaurant wasn't busy) they took our order. Our sampler appetizer arrived but we didn't have any silverware or dishes yet. We sat looking at it for 5 minutes until they brought our cutlery. Dinner came about 45 minutes after we arrived. During that time someone who looked like the manager walked past about 25 times. He was doing loops but not ever asking us if we needed anything. The food was good as usual but the wait and service was not good this time. ?
