Starbucks - Sidney

My daughter and I love the strawberry refresher my man loves the ice cream.

Girlfriend and myself decided to treat ourselves to starbucks, got our drinks and I spilled mine as soon as I got home... I went back and ordered it again, and the ladies recognized my order and myself and asked what happened. I explained, and they replaced my drink free of charge on their own accord.They are always spot on with my orders, but today they got me to leave 5 stars with their service.Thank you, you made my day!

Even though they were friendly They refused to give full service no straws for your drink I split most of it down my shirt. Sad this is the best you can get.

I went to Starbucks for an order. I handed the girl at the register the list of drinks (5) thinking she would know what they were. I get them back and almost all was wrong. I went back a second time to get the correct ones and they only filled 1 of them half full. Closing time or close to it or not make them correct the first time.

First, I hate to give Starbucks 2 stars- my drink was great but when I asked for my receipt I was told, “Um I threw it away”-and made no attempt to get it or feel badly about it... that makes it pretty hard to prove the $30 I was shortchanged did indeed happen- so there’s that
