Przekaż informację zwrotnąI just ordered 3 meal times for picking up. chicken sandwich with 2 sides, truthahn and dressing with 2 sides, and chicken stripe flour with 2 sides. we had two orders from pommes no ketchup! we had two orders from brot no butter! the agriturismo chicken sandwich was not that at all. no bacon had american cheee not provolone! the mac and cheese was a worm of cheese that is not editable! I didn't care about a side of mayo. the girl who threw him or her up was the side of mayo. I've dispensed with a HANDSH guide 40.00 a.m. I will come back!
Worse breakfast I've ever had in my life. We waited 35 minutes to get a seat ... honestly didn't mind that. Then waited over 45 minutes to be served ... honestly didn't mind that either. But when food finally came, my bacon, ham and sausages were cold and burnt. Had to wait even longer for my toast so my eggs got cold. They forgot the cheese and bacon, which was half the ingredients in my wife's omelette. How does anyone screw up breakfast that bad?
Shondra for waitress of the year. She was professional, personable, efficient, and friendly. Hang onto her Bob Evans and we’ll keep coming back! Oh and the food was good too.
Service was ok, food was also ok but my complaint is when I got my bill I was charged for order of broccoli even thought had asked to substitute potatoes for broccoli. When asked why, I was told no substitute for pot roast. I just think waitress should have told me that when I ordered. Also charge my nephew and he substitute broccoli for carrots. Just think they should have told us that upon ordering.
After a long day of Driving, we were looking forward to a nice meal to eat. We really didn't want fast food take out and was looking for more of a home cooked meal. We have a dog with us and could not dine in so my first attempt to order online did not work. So I went into the store and ordered at the counter. The girl at the counter was brand new and was not sure how to take orders. The young manager was called several times to help with the order. This was fine, everyone needs to learn and start somewhere. During my wait 30 min) I asked several times to please make sure that there was fork and Knives and condiments in the bag. we are staying at the hotel and did not have any of that with us) . I totally trusted the staff that they would make sure my requests would be filled. I was assured that it would be in the bag. I got my bag did not Check) and returned to my room. SURE ENOUGH NO FORK OR KNIFE OR ANYTHING TO EAT OUR FOOD WITH ! ONLY the FOOD was in my bag. DAMN I WAS PISSED . It was to cold , we were tired and not in the mood to go back. Because of the lack of Detail , I was forced to write this revenue.
