Panago Pizza - Sidney

The restaurant offers typical vegan options, with Beyond Meat being the main alternative used. However, the dishes are prepared well and the overall quality is commendable. Even if all the dishes were vegan, they would still be considered decent.

The restaurant has terrible management. Although the delivery driver was excellent, the manager yelled at me after I rejected a pizza that was supposed to have two layers of pepperoni, but only had three small slices per piece. The manager refused to provide a refund and even went as far as banning me from the store.

I ordered the Pesto Chicken pizza, but unfortunately, I found that there was very little taste of pesto. The flavors of the pesto and chicken seemed to be separate, resulting in a disjointed and unappetizing pizza. When I mentioned this issue to the staff upon returning to the restaurant, they claimed that this was how the pizza was intended to be made, which was disappointing.

I tried the pizza from the Sidney location for the first time, delivered by Uber Eats. The dough was chewy and the NY Deli meat was overcooked and dry. Overall, it was not a good experience. Additionally, I found the prices to be too high. I will be sticking with Mariners in the future.
