The Wild Rose - Sidewinder

WARNING TEN DOLLAR WATER!! Will offer you mineral, still, or tap water . What management won 't let the staff do is tell you there is a $10 UPCHARGE FOR WATER. They will tell you about the $3.50 upcharge for the fries, or any other upcharge. Not the water. After receiving the bill and realizing they charged us $10 a piece for 2 waters we looked around the restaurant. I counted 8 still waters on other tables. So in less than 1 hour this business robbed patrons of over $100 for WATER. Steer clear of this dirt-bag run restaurant!! The interior is dated as hell. Food mediocre. You can hear the floors creak when you walk on them and smell the mold in the carpet and ceilings. There are many other BETTER options within walking distance that DON 'T rob patrons.

The Wild Rose restaurant in downtown Estes Park, CO, was a very good dining experience for me and my husband. The Elk Medallions and the Raspberry Cheesecake were both very good! The waiter, who was just here for the summer from Serbia, was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our time there and recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting Estes Park. Parking: There is parking available along some of the streets in downtown Estes Park, but we chose to park in the free parking lot that was located just down the street and around the corner from The Wild Rose restaurant.

We enjoyed our dinner so much we returned the next day for lunch! The food was delicious. For dinner we had the ribeye steak which was very reasonably priced and cooked to perfection. Also had the chicken schnitzel which was wonderful. For lunch we enjoyed the French dip. The atmosphere was relaxing. We were seated upstairs with a view of Elkhorn Ave. from above. Excellent service!

Great spot for good food is Estes Park! Not much on the kids menu, but our two kids each found something they liked, and there was great food and drinks for the adults.

Seriously, some of the best service my fiancé and I have had. The people here are wonderful and kind.
