Smokin' Dave's Bbq Estes Park

Great food, wonderful service, and was seated right away. Very, very good barbecue. If you order the brisket, go with the fatty for sure (and hike it off the next day! . Ribs were awesome too!

Visited just before the evening rush. Plenty of food and it was a good meal. Staff was pleasant and efficient. No complaints.

Being from Texas, we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the pulled pork sandwich was. The meat was moist and very flavorful. And the views of the golf course and the mountains behind can't be beat. We enjoyed watching the elk graze through the golf course. We ate here one night for dinner, and one morning for breakfast. Both meals were very good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent.

We had eaten here before when in Estes Park and found the food to be consistently good. We had brisket and sausage with sides of baked apples, potatoes, baked beans (excellent) and jalapeno hush puppies (also excellent). We sat at the bar and were served by the bartender who did a great job. She was very friendly and made everyone feel at home. As usual, there was way too much food. The two of us could probably have shared a meal. So we had leftovers to eat the next day for lunch, but it is never as good when reheated. We'll most likely stop in again on any return trips to Estes Park.

We enjoy dining at golf clubhouse restaurants if they offer a lovely setting and good food. Smokin' Dave's BBQ at the Estes Park Golf Club offers both. It was our first visit and we were able to get a table near a window that overlooked the course. There is an outdoor patio, but it was sprinkling the day of our visit. The food was very good and the portions are large. Service was very good as well. We'll definitely return when in the area.
