Refuse to take cash with no signs on the windows at all

Ordered through uber eats today and the driver called me after 20 minutes of just sitting in the drive thru to cancel. They said theres ppl inside they just refuse to take orders.

The last time I left a review, this location was doing amazing. I'm not sure if it's the generation working there, but I just ordered a Dave's double and it wasn't fresh, the meat was cold as if it was sitting there for a minute until they received an order and decided to put it together. The cheese wasn't even melted so please tell me what is happening with the service.

Ordered drive thru, got my food quickly and the food was fresh.

If I could give them a negative review I would. Girl at the drive-thru laughed and gossiped the entire time I attempted to give my order. She asked me to repeat myself 3 times, all the while still gossiping on an open mic, I heard everything she said. They then proceed to give me the wrong order and throw the ketchup at me when I asked for it. These young ladies are awful, no etiquette, no manners, no customer service skills whatsoever, no ability to listen and hear what customers say. Positively terrible.
